Solution -- Industry Awareness
If you specialize in one or more vertical markets, you should be active in their respective trade organizations, attending and/or exhibiting at trade shows. Additionally, customized newsletters and marketing pieces should be designed for each vertical. All of these activities place a high demand on limited manpower and can excise a fair number of dollars from a marketing budget. Shaggy Dog will provide the manpower and expertise while saving money and allowing your to meet the goal of participation. We will only provide our resources to non-competing VARs and ISVs while representing them in the appropriate trade groups. Solution -- Brochures
Often the utilization of a specific ISV product is appropriate for more than one industry. However, it may be desirable to work in a market that believes that industry specific software is a better solution just because it carries an industry specific label. Without making any misrepresentations, Shaggy Dog has the resources to develop industry specific brochures and other marketing materials. We would use these, and deliver them to you for your use, at expositions that we may attend as your representatives.
